Artificial Intelligence Business Analyst

Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Business Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- At least 6 years of experience in IT as a senior business analyst.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior BA or Product Owner in AI product development or mature agile environments
- Excellent knowledge of agile methodology
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or any IT related education field (master's degree is an asset)
- Solid experience in AI product development projects
- Strong knowledge in AI, Data Science and LLM applications
- Comfortable with Jira, Teams, and Confluence tools
- Any of the following certifications are preferred - CSPO, CBAP, CPOA
- Ability to deliver impactful presentations and facilitate workshops
- Facilitate daily scrums, planning, review meetings, and prioritization workshops
- Very good understanding of the technical aspects of design and development
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in French is a plus.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
Skills :
- Demonstrates expert domain knowledge in business analysis practice. Works with the agile framework. Writes, reviews and recommends changes on documentation (business processes, system documentation and procedures) in order to facilitate users' training as well as the integration of new processes and technologies within current operations.
- Works with Product Managers/stakeholders to realize the Product vision. Considers stakeholders' interests and constantly re-prioritizes the product backlog, demonstrating an expert level of domain knowledge,
