Role Description The Account Executive at Tarmac.IO will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new client opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their software development needs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage client accounts, negotiate contracts, and oversee project timelines to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in St. Paul, MN. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Qualifications Proven experience in client relations, sales, and account management Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Ability to identify client needs and propose suitable software solutions Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams Familiarity with modern software development technologies and methodologies Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required) Experience working in the software, technology, or IT industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
