ABOUT OUR OFFICE Elevated Estate Planning, P.S. is a trusted Estate Planning and Elder Law firm serving Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Our mission is to guide families through straightforward estate planning that protects loved ones from probate, unnecessary estate taxes, and long-term care expenses. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized, and takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming first impression. ROLE SUMMARY The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our firm and plays an important role in the client experience. This position manages incoming inquiries, coordinates appointments, supports the team, and ensures each interaction reflects our professionalism, compassion, and commitment to service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Answer incoming phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and warmth Greet clients and visitors and create a welcoming experience Schedule and manage appointments and coordinate with team members Route inquiries to the appropriate team member Provide exceptional client service while maintaining a calm, organized front desk Process client payments and assist with client records and files Send appointment reminders by phone and text Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Provide administrative support to attorneys and team members Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-focused office culture EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior receptionist or customer service experience required Legal or administrative experience a plus Microsoft Office experience required ROLE REQUIREMENTS Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication Excellent time management and ability to prioritize Ability to multitask and manage competing responsibilities Positive, professional, and welcoming demeanor Genuine commitment to outstanding client service Strong critical thinking and ability to see the big picture Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion and confidentiality Ability to represent the firm with professionalism, compassion, and integrity BENEFITS & SCHEDULE Monday–Thursday: 8:00 am–5:30 pm Friday: 8:00 am–12:00 pm Potential bonus compensation Employer-sponsored 401(k) Paid health, dental, and life insurance Paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Elevated Estate Planning, P.S.
