Customer Service Representative - Healthcare (Call Center)

Onsite Role
Contract-to-Hire
Shifts Available: Between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
*Key Responsibilities*
* Handle *50-60 inbound calls per day* from members and healthcare providers
* Assist with inquiries related to *claims, benefits, and eligibility*
* *Navigate multiple systems to research and provide accurate information*
* *Document all interactions clearly and efficiently*
* *Deliver professional, empathetic, and timely customer support*
* *Resolve issues while meeting internal quality and service standards*
*Work Environment*
* *Fully onsite* role (hybrid may be considered after 90 days based on performance)
* Call center setting with structured workflows
*Schedule & Training*
* *Training (first 3 weeks):*
* *30 hours per week*
* Shift assigned during first week of training

* *Post-training schedule:*
* *8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM*
* Candidates must be flexible to work any shift within this timeframe

*Required Qualifications*
* 1+ year of *recent call center customer service experience*
* *Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems*
* *Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel)*
* *High level of professionalism and attention to detail*
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
