Rolling Production LineThe Rolling Production Line responsibility is to place wrappers onto rolling machines and inspect the final product to ensure that Van's Kitchen "made from scratch" egg rolls are safely prepared before being moved to the packing department. The Rolling Production Line position plays a crucial role in the food manufacturing process to meet production targets while maintaining product consistency, while keeping a watchful eye on the process to prevent damage to egg rollsEssential Job Duties:Monitor the rolling machines operation for safety and quality.Set up required utensils for Rolling line.Uniformly put wrapper on platform to be automatically filled by machine.Quality check at the end of the roller.Mid shift cleaning and pre-sanitation. Wash equipment when finished.Cross train in other areas of the company for fill-in or other assignments when needed.Report any problem with equipment, food safety and quality to supervisors immediately.In the absence of Rolling Production Line, Rolling Lead will cover his/her responsibilities.
