Production Associate / Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow all plant safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required.
• Work effectively in a team environment, ensuring helpers understand their roles and safety precautions.
• Read and interpret work orders and job control procedures accurately.
• Gather materials, assemble totes, prepare skids, and package parts in bags, boxes, or other containers.
• Label and stack packaged parts, moving them to storage or the next operation.
• Ensure safety devices are in place and report any unsafe behavior or conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
