Director of Finance

Hiring: Director, FP&A PE-backed CPG+ eCommerce Compensation: $200k base (target), + 20% bonus Reports to CFO (Limited in office, maybe 1x per week) A private equity–backed CPG company is hiring a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead forecasting, strategic modeling, and performance insights across an omnichannel business (eCommerce/DTC + retail/wholesale) with a meaningful manufacturing footprint. This role is ideal for a hands‑on finance leader who can build the models, translate data into decisions, and partner closely with executives and operators to protect margin and improve cash visibility. What you’ll do Own end-to-end FP&A: forecast, budget, long-range plan, performance reporting Build executive + board‑level narratives/materials with the CFO Lead scenario modeling across growth, pricing, costs, and capital allocation Drive profitability insights by channel/customer/product (incl. pricing + promo/ROI) Partner with operations on manufacturing cost drivers, COGS, and working capital Own short‑term cash forecasting (including 13‑week cash flow) and liquidity visibility Lead and develop a small FP&A team (2 direct reports) What we’re looking for 10+ years progressive finance experience with significant FP&A ownership Experience across CPG/consumer + manufacturing/operations finance Exposure to eCommerce/DTC and/or Amazon contribution margin economics Strong modeling skills (builder mindset) + executive communication Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
