Temporary Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Temporary Maintenance Technician to join our team for the summer Turn season at our luxury student housing community in Austin, Texas. This is a seasonal role focused on preparing apartment units for August move-in, ensuring every resident arrives to a clean, safe, and ready-to-go home. Requirements:

• Previous maintenance, janitorial, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, stooping, and standing for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with unit turnovers throughout the summer season.
• Inspect apartment units and ensure they are move-in ready.
• Perform touch-up painting in units as needed.
• Pressure washing of building exteriors, walkways, and common areas.
• Support the maintenance team with any additional tasks assigned by management.
