$36-$45/hour Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are seeking a therapist who enjoys helping residents improve independence, rebuild daily living skills, and achieve meaningful functional progress in a supportive rehab environment. What You'll Do:
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on self-care skills, cognition, upper extremity function, coordination, and adaptive techniques
- Help residents improve safety and independence with everyday activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to support resident-centered care
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborative rehab setting with strong team support
- Opportunity to work with both post-acute rehab and long-term care residents
- Stable caseload with meaningful resident interaction
- Leadership team focused on therapist mentorship and professional growth
