Speech Language Pathologist in Richmond, TX

A new opportunity is available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) seeking contract roles in educational settings for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a candidate interest request for those that wish to be considered for positions in the upcoming school year. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Texas SLP or SLPA license (please note: screenshot required for application)
• Previous school-based experience as an SLP or SLPA
• Ability to work on-site throughout the contract
• Reliable transportation required
• Bilingual proficiency highly desirable for certain roles
• Willingness to complete and cover the cost of HISD fingerprinting within first three days of contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with their IEPs or intervention plans
• Collaborate with school multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents to develop student goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions and student progress
• Perform assessments and create individualized treatment plans for a diverse student population
• Participate in ARD meetings, team planning, and ongoing professional development
