Payroll Clerk

Job Description This payroll clerk position is in Alvin, TX. Candidates must be available to start work immediately. Experience with Track software is a plus. Responsibilities
- Previous payroll experience.
- Knowledge of Track payroll system.
- Knowledge of Billings required.
- Research, source documents, and prepare simple accounting reports.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with job site, co-workers, and project management.
- Accounts payable knowledge. For example, matching of invoices, receivers, and purchase orders.
- Reply to assigned queries correctly, efficiently and communicates in a timely manner.
- Complete special projects as required by manager.
- General office skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years related accounting experience OR college degree with no prior Accounting experience
- Solid working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (AP Clerk will be required to interact with internal and external customers)
- Deadline driven
