Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in therapeutic practices that include but are not limited to:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions to address a range of issues impacting familial and romantic relationships.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each member of the family.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients dealing with alcohol abuse, grief and loss, medical issues, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Facilitating interventions for conflicts among family members, communication difficulties, and issues pertaining to blended families.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and client records in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, including couples and families facing a myriad of psychological and emotional challenges. You will support children, adolescents, and adults, enabling them to navigate through complex situations such as job stress, interpersonal conflicts, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n
