As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant and delivering top-notch service to our guests.

Job Overview:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations including managing labor and costs
• Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings
• Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members
• Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Oversee scheduling and ensure proper staffing levels

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a General Manager in the food and beverage industry
