• Board Certified Urology or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years within resideny completion) - [REQUIRED]

• BLS and ACLS - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] - Candidates must obtain during credentialing and prior to start
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED]* no exemption, required at presentation
