Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: Competitive base salary $257,000–$286,000 annually
• Additional Incentives: Sign-on bonus up to $20,000, productivity bonus based on wRVUs, student loan repayment of up to $24,000

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care across all ages, managing acute and chronic illnesses
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Conduct preventive health and wellness visits
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in after-hours call rotation with colleagues
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical initiatives
• Connect patients with lab, imaging, and specialty services within the health system

What You Need

Required:

• Medical license to practice in Colorado
• Family Medicine certification or equivalent
• Experience providing patient-centered primary care

Preferred:

• Ability to manage a diverse patient population
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and adaptive to clinical needs
