Back of the House Team Member

Summary Back of the House Team Members perform essential duties in many different areas within the kitchen. You must be comfortable preparing food items including our famous Biscuit, chicken and Tea as well as maintain a clean kitchen and store. Previous experience with a Bojangles' or other fast-food restaurant is preferred, but not mandatory. Coordinate the wrap station. Follow recipe for preparing our Famous chicken. Roll of Famous Biscuits Operate grill station. Ensure quality products are prepared by Bojangles set standards. Take out trash. Clean the parking lot and the outside of the building. Maintaining clean, equipment, clean kitchen, and a safe work environment Adhere to all required safety and sanitary protocols. Operate with a sense of urgency. Must be willing to train for all BOH positions. Qualifications Guidelines To perform this job successfully, an individual must be physically able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: lift boxes and other packages; stand on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm temperatures for extended periods of time; lift and manipulate slightly heaving objects Education/Experience High School no necessary. 1-2 years of experience in a food service kitchen is preferred, but not required Language Ability Good ability to comprehend instruction in English or Spanish is necessary. Physical Demands This position will require long periods of standing on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm temperatures.
