What we’re looking for:

• Valid and active CTC (California Teaching Credential) licensure required
• Experience or strong interest in working with intermediate-aged students (grades 3-6) with mild to moderate disabilities
• A commitment to supporting the inclusion and individualized instruction of all learners
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction, interventions, and support to students with mild/moderate needs, adhering to individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to implement IEPs
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, write reports, and maintain accurate documentation
• Foster a positive, structured, encouraging classroom environment

This full-time role covers 37.5 hours per week (eight-hour days with a 30-minute unpaid lunch) from August 20, 2026, to June 10, 2027. Compensation is highly competitive, with pay ranging from $40 to $50 per hour.
