Based in Bettendorf, IA, you will be a key contributor ensuring every part that enters and leaves our facility meets exacting standards.
Your impact- Execute precise inspections on received goods, work-in-progress, and final assemblies.
- Apply and monitor robust quality control plans to meet industry and internal benchmarks.
- Lead and assist with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions for new parts and design or process changes.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to drive continuous improvement.
- Record, report, and help resolve quality issues through corrective action.
- Maintain complete, traceable inspection documentation and test records.
- Stay current on quality tools, standards, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in quality inspection and quality control within manufacturing.
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with PPAP and its practical application.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capability.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; related certifications welcomed.
