Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients or an assigned group of patients per established standards and the nursing process.
• Assess patient conditions, implement care plans, administer medications, and document patient responses.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across multiple levels; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Apply critical thinking and professional judgment to ensure patient safety, quality outcomes, and appropriate escalation when needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in discharge planning, and provide patient and family education.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a hospital setting and adapt to a travel assignment environment
• Availability for 12-hour day shifts
• Demonstrated ability to deliver nursing care using established standards and the nursing process
• Willingness to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise nursing staff as assigned
• Commitment to patient safety, documentation accuracy, and professional communication
• Willingness to complete required credentialing and compliance steps as part of the onboarding process
