Primary Function Enterprise monitoring administration, automation operations leadership, ITSM alerting coordination, and infrastructure visibility improvement. Core Platform Nagios XI Enterprise Monitoring, with related exposure to Nagios Core, Zenoss, and comparable enterprise monitoring platforms. Infrastructure Scope On-premises data center servers, virtualized infrastructure, Microsoft Azure tenants, Amazon AWS tenants, and secure cloud environments. Role Type Hands-on technical lead with operational ownership and continuous improvement responsibilities. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in cloud operations or DevOps leadership 7+ years of experience with AWS and Azure Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM) Experience in incident management, production operations, and service reliability Experience leading enterprise-scale cloud engineering teams Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash) Preferred Qualifications AWS and/or Azure certifications Experience in multi-cloud environments Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience in regulated or enterprise environments Compensation and Benefits Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $135,405 to $250,750. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance.
