Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Engage in therapeutic sessions with individuals, families, and groups, ensuring effective communication and rapport-building with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
