Position Overview

A well-established, physician-led outpatient healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Non-Operative Clinical Physician to join its multidisciplinary team in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The physician will collaborate closely with interventional specialists, medical leadership, and clinical operations teams to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. This role focuses on evaluating patients, establishing diagnoses, and developing individualized treatment plans while delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations for new and established patients.

Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Participate in patient education and ongoing care management.

Depending on training and experience, perform procedures such as:

• Joint injections (knee, shoulder, etc.)

• Electromyography (EMG)

• Diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound

• Other non-operative clinical procedures

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a board-certified physician.

• Active Colorado Medical License (or ability to obtain one, if applicable).

• ACLS certification preferred.

• Ability to travel between multiple clinic locations within the Colorado Springs area.

• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Board certification in one of the following specialties:

• Internal Medicine

• Family Medicine

• Neurology

• Sports Medicine

• Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

• Non-Operative Orthopedics
