Pay Rate: $23.00 / hour - W2 - paid weekly

In this key role, you’ll serve as the bridge between our production, shipping, and regional teams to ensure our customers receive top-tier service and seamless order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As our Customer Service Administrator, you will manage the order lifecycle from entry to billing while delivering exceptional support to both internal teams and external customers.

• Order & Production Management: Create direct customer orders, review regional orders, schedule daily production, and process documents for timely billing once products ship.

• Customer & Regional Support: Handle high-volume phone and email inquiries, provide quotes, log complaints, and communicate proactive notifications regarding late or rush orders.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with production associates, shipping/receiving, and gas coordinators to align on capabilities and delivery timelines.

• System & Data Administration: Run and review open order reports, maintain local files, scan deliveries, handle part number/material extensions, and process credit requests.
