This role involves troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with the installation and repair of various systems and equipment./ppEssential duties and responsibilities:/pulliPerform electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance work/liliPerform regular preventative maintenance inspections of the facility/liliPainting / Drywall Repair/liliOffice set-up - tear-down - furniture relocating/liliInterior / Exterior lighting replacement/liliSmall appliance repair/liliInvestigate and service any complaints or concerns involving facility related matters including outdoor equipment/liliInspect work performed to ensure it meets the required expectations and standards set by the company and leadership/liliInvestigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facility/liliAssist other maintenance employees with projects and tasks/liliAssist with outside vendor management/liliPerform lockout tagout/liliSafe handling chemicals/liliKeep work area clean and orderly/liliPerform job duties safely as outlined in the maintenance standard operating procedures (SOPs)/liliConfidential to Cambria and for internal use only./liliAbility to successfully plan and complete work orders with minimal supervision/liliAdditional duties as assigned by management to ensure that the facility is always in safe operating conditions/li/ulpQualifications and skills:/pulli3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance/liliStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems; crane, forklift, rooftop unit maintenance experience preferred/liliExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills./liliAnalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities./liliProficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)./liliKnowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and OSHA/MSHA requirements./liliAbility to acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications/li/ulpMinimum requirements:/pulliEducation: High school diploma or GED/liliExperience: 3+ years of experience in industrial or facilities maintenance/liliSystems: N/A/li/ulpCambrias starting range hourly for this position is $22.00- $30.00.
