To get you started on the right foot, this position may include an in-person training period at our Le Sueur, MN facility./ppWe are excited to offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for this position, distributed based on your continued success with the team./ppThis position is responsible for helping to implement mechanical and procedural initiatives, while the overall objective is to maintain and improve upon the Cambria manufacturing and polishing processes, ensuring consistency and increasing yield. Process improvement and metrics are essential to this role. This is a deeply technical role that requires hands-on management./ph3Essential Duties Responsibilities/h3ulliPerform process control checks and actively communicate the results/liliAssist with trial coordination as needed by engineers by helping develop testing protocols, adapting protocols, or managing audits/liliPerform routine live control monitoring audits/liliAssist Process Engineering in providing manufacturing support by learning to analyze data and identify manufacturing issues/liliWork with operators on basic process and engineering changes/liliAssist in identifying manufacturing issues by working with Process Engineering to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventative action/liliPossess and display a strong knowledge of and troubleshooting skills for the following: mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, switches, motor starters, contactors, hoists, material handling equipment, and other components of the production facility and/or material handling equipment/liliPossess a strong knowledge of data analytics, metrics, and Microsoft Office Suite/liliUnderstand the operations of Oracle and Tableau software systems/liliHandle chemicals/liliPerform job duties safely as outlined in the Process Technology Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/liliAdditional duties as assigned by management/li/ulh3Qualifications Skills/h3ulliAbility to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation/liliAbility to become certified in Chemical Handling/liliAbility to acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications/liliAbility to read and write in English to complete required documentation/liliBasic computer skills/li/ulh3Minimum Requirements/h3pEducation: Associate degree and/or other technical discipline certification or equivalent related experience preferred/ppExperience: 2 years experience - preferred/ppComputer Experience: Experience with Oracle, Tableau, and other metric based software/ph3Cambria Success Factors/h3ulliHigh attention to detail/liliReliable and punctual/liliDirect communication/liliSense of urgency in completing work/liliCapable of multitasking/liliWork well both independently and with a team/liliSelf-motivated/li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3ulliWork at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings/liliLift up to 60 lbs./liliPush/pull 100 lbs./liliStand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks/liliWear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria/liliParticipate in daily stretch and flex exercises/liliWork in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions/liliWalk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift/liliBend over multiple times throughout shift/li/ulh3Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements/h3ulliSteel toed boots/liliHearing Protection/liliSafety glasses/liliCut-proof gloves/liliLatex gloves/liliFace shield/liliHigh visibility vest/liliRespirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin.)/li/ulpCambrias starting hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00.
