Operations Supervisor

Operations Supervisor role at Thermo Fisher Scientific's Greenville, North Carolina pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Lead a team of manufacturing technicians in sterile drug product production, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop manufacturing operator team to achieve production, safety, and quality goals
• Plan daily operations, allocate resources, and monitor progress against schedules
• Ensure batch record accuracy, documentation, and compliance with cGMP and SOPs
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance on process and equipment issue resolution
• Support deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business discipline, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or sterile manufacturing experience
• At least 2 years direct or indirect leadership experience
• Deep understanding of cGMP, aseptic technique, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with SAP or similar manufacturing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required
