Procurement Buyer

To support procurement operations, the full-time California Licensed Procurement Buyer will manage moderately complex purchase orders, negotiate pricing terms with vendors, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Facilitates the fulfillment of purchase orders by reviewing requisitions, placing orders, and resolving issues with suppliers Negotiates pricing and contract terms with vendors, analyzing quotes to secure favorable conditions Monitors vendor performance and compliance, fostering relationships and negotiating improvements as necessary Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field Minimum three (3) years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or procurement One (1) year of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports Experience managing vendor contracts and relationships preferred Two (2) years of experience negotiating contracts for goods and services preferred
