Employment Litigation Paralegal

Supporting the legal team in employment and litigation matters, the full-time remote Employment Litigation Paralegal will manage case materials, assist with eDiscovery, conduct research, draft correspondence, and streamline legal processes using automation and AI solutions. Key responsibilities Organize case materials and implement legal holds while managing document production and filings Assist with eDiscovery processes and conduct legal research to support ongoing litigation Collaborate with in-house counsel and other stakeholders to enhance legal workflows and ensure compliance with deadlines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department Solid understanding of employment litigation processes and eDiscovery best practices Proficiency with e-filing in state and federal courts Experience leveraging AI and automation tools in legal workflows
