Job Details:

• Join an established residency program as a Family Medicine Faculty physician within a community hospital setting
• Oversight responsibilities include outpatient primary care, office procedures, precepting, didactic teaching, and resident mentoring
• Schedule structured as 70% teaching/administrative time and 30% clinical practice
• Provide full-spectrum family medicine care, including inpatient medicine and obstetrics
• Proficiency in inpatient medicine and obstetrics is required
• Passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of physicians is essential
• Interest or experience in curriculum development and program growth is a plus
• Interest in geriatric care is desired but not required
• Flexible clinic hours to support a healthy work-life balance
