Product Manager - Nuclear Fuel

Over time, your assigned product mix may evolve with the needs of the business.You will lead the product strategy, including managing product lifecycle from development to retirement, and work with commercial, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure Westinghouse delivers competitive and profitable offerings to our customers.You will report to the Product Management Director of Fuel Strategy & Product Management and be located at Columbia, SC or Cranberry Twp, PA locations, but alternatives may be considered. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending remote flexibility with regular on-site collaboration at our officeKey Responsibilities:Assess and analyze the market, define and implement product strategy to grow Westinghouse's market shareArticulate Westinghouse value proposition and differentiation, support account and sales teams to develop leads and opportunitiesMaintain product-specific market intelligenceBuild product and platform lifecycle managementSupport technical clarification and Westinghouse value proposition with customerSupport prioritization of development programsChallenge product cost for reductionQualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.8+ years of applicable experienceExperience developing and articulating product strategies, business cases, and value propositions for complex, technical products.Technical expertise in nuclear fuelBeneficial:Experience with the design of core components. Commercial or manufacturing experience is also highly desirable, especially if this experience is related to nuclear fuel.We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400 to $163,000 per year.
