Florin Roebig , a civil trial firm, plaintiff oriented, focusing in personal injury, medical malpractice, employee rights, property loss and damage claims, product liability, and construction negligence cases, has full time positions (benefits included) available for Personal Injury Paralegals in our Palm Harbor  office.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience or familiarity with personal injury cases and legal support work
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role or field required

Pre-Litigation Responsibilities:

• Assist with client intake, file setup, and initial documentation

• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and guidance

• Coordinate client treatment and assist with property damage claims

• Draft letters of representation, settlement demands, and routine correspondence

• Request and organize medical records, bills, letters of representation, and insurance documents

• Prepare and submit lien reduction requests

• Maintain accurate case information in the case management system

• Follow internal workflows and automations to ensure timely and organized case progress
