Senior Campaign Manager

Key responsibilities: Define success metrics and expected impact for content launches, making recommendations on scope and timeline tradeoffs Convert business goals into campaign briefs, enabling execution of coordinated multi-channel strategies Orchestrate collaboration among On-Platform Marketing, CRM, Paid Media, and Product teams to ensure effective market positioning Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign marketing, or partner marketing, preferably in a D2C content or subscription business Proven track record of managing cross-channel campaign calendars from inception to revenue or engagement outcomes Experience coordinating across creative, channel, product, and data teams for unified launch plans Background in analytical work, including campaign impact sizing and prioritization of initiatives Experience marketing new content, courses, or product launches alongside promotional campaigns
