Role Description
Snappt is looking for an experienced product manager to own one of our core product areas. This is a high visibility product area where you will:
- Shape how applicants and property teams verify the information that matters most for a rental decision.
- Partner with integration and channel partners to extend that reach.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and customer success to scale a product that is already redefining the applicant experience.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of product management experience shipping products with real business impact.
- Experience with applicant, consumer, or self-service facing products, ideally in verification, fintech, identity, income, employment, or rental data.
- Strong product and design sense, with a track record of intuitive user experiences.
- Data driven, customer centric, and comfortable turning ambiguous problems into clear solutions.
- Technically savvy enough to work closely with engineering and data science without needing to code.
- A clear communicator who can rally cross-functional teams and external partners alike.
- Excited about using tools like Claude to speed up the product development process, from writing specs to prototyping to shipping faster.
Requirements
- Own the strategy and roadmap for your product area, from applicant or customer experience to backend logic to GTM.
- Improve the applicant or property team facing flow while reducing friction and manual review through smarter automation.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Customer Success, Sales, and property management company stakeholders, operating with a P&L mindset.
- Own outcomes, not just outputs, getting into the details with engineering and obsessing over the metrics and edge cases specific to your area.
Benefits
- Annual Base Salary: $195,000-$205,000 + Bonus.
