The Scrum Master will support Agile software development teams by facilitating delivery, gathering business requirements, managing project workflows, and serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies and support product team deliveryGather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaAssist with backlog prioritization and project trackingPartner with stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutionsManage projects and documentation within Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOpsCreate reports, dashboards, and process documentationConduct impact assessments and identify process improvement opportunitiesMaintain team documentation and knowledge repositoriesRequirements6+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or related rolesExperience supporting multiple Agile product teamsStrong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologiesHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOpsExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree preferredProfessional services or law firm experience is a plusEastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
