Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for Med Surg and postpartum care? Do you thrive in a small, rural Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of patients in Quinter, KS. This role offers a unique blend of Med Surg and postpartum responsibilities, allowing you to utilize your diverse skill set in a supportive environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to both Med Surg and postpartum patients. Your ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic setting will be key to your success. You'll work closely with a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med Surg and postpartum patients
Utilize CPSI/Perigen charting systems effectively
Maintain a 1:1 postpartum patient ratio and a 1:3 Med Surg patient ratio
Possibly take on charge nurse responsibilities occasionally
Wear any color scrubs
Must have previous CAH experience
Need 1 year experience in setting
Hold a KS or Multistate license at the time of submission
Possess BLS, ACLS, Fetal Heart Certification, and NRP via AHA
Flu vaccine is strongly preferred; exemptions accepted with mask requirement during flu season
