Environmental, Health, and Safety Associate - Realty-4 Whitestown, IN $22.55 - $26.05/hr* Full time Shifts may vary Position Summary Assists in protecting Walmart assets, ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety regulations, and supporting operational excellence at the regional real estate warehouse. Responsibilities Supports facility security staff and monitors access control equipment. Business‑specific health and safety hazards and implements OSHA guidelines. Addresses health and safety issues, conducts audits, and maintains emergency response directories. Collaborates with business units to resolve basic issues and support process updates. Collects, interprets, and reports data using digital tools. Supports training delivery, collects feedback, and maintains training repositories. Communicates clearly, presents data‑based results, and builds professional networks. Supports process‑improvement initiatives and root‑cause analysis. Ensures compliance with environmental regulations and promotes awareness. Explains operational functions, follows SOPs, and collaborates with stakeholders. Promotes a culture of respect, integrity, and customer focus as aligned with Walmart values. Minimum Qualifications 6 months experience as a Walmart associate or 1 year work experience or coursework in safety, compliance, or security‑related field (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Compliance, Criminal Justice). Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Experience or coursework in safety, compliance, or security‑related field.
