District Sales Manager

Overview Würth USA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team. In this role, you will oversee all sales operations within your assigned district, driving performance through both individual and team development. You will play a key role in motivating your team, strengthening customer relationships, and executing strategic initiatives that fuel sustained growth and success. Responsibilities Develop and lead team members to set and meet sales growth goals. Create and foster a collaborative and motivating team environment. Create and maintain productive territories with effective routing plans. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth. Oversee sales representatives' daily routines and give effective feedback. Regular employee accompaniment (training on the job). Ability to present, execute and implement effective strategies to upper management. Assist in the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members. What You Will Bring At least 1 year of field sales management experience. Ability to travel 75% of the time. (Within district) A passion for sales and the motivation to succeed. Experience in motivating sales teams individually and collectively as a team. High level of organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
