Job Summary: Performs various front office and back office patient care duties. More specifically, this position will assist with flow of patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and perform preparatory work on patients to ensure efficient use of the physician's time. Medical front desk duties to include insurance verification, DME ordering, tracking, coordination and inventory. Strong knowledge of insurance processes, specialist referrals and surgical pre-authorizations. DME/Ortho/Podiatry experience a plus. EPIC experience preferred. Must be flexible and able to work in multiple offices when necessary.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies. Medical office experience preferred.
Education Requirements: High School Graduate or equivalent or a minimum of 2 years full-time experience in a related field required.
Minimum Rate: $17.00 p/hr
