We're partnering with a creative and media environment to find a talented Account Manager - LA to support their team. Based in Los Angeles with hybrid work options, this temporary role involves managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring quality standards. This role is ideal for a driven professional experienced in account management within creative production or media agencies. Account Manager - LA Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts and projects, facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business decision‑makers, ensuring their needs and goals are aligned with project deliverables. Oversee project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met while providing regular updates to all stakeholders. Act as a liaison between creative teams and business units, advocating for client satisfaction and project clarity. Identify opportunities for growth and new business by understanding capabilities and promoting the organization’s services internally and externally. Account Manager - LA Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. Minimum of 2 years of account management or client services experience in a creative production environment or media agency. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook on MAC or PC. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills. Demonstrable ability to manage conflict, multi‑task, and pay close attention to detail.
