What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with healthcare facilities, medical offices, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, nursing homes, social workers, and referral partners

• Educate prospective clients on TLC Transport Solutions' transportation services

• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations

• Generate self-sourced leads through networking, canvassing, referrals, and community outreach

• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through signed service agreements

• Follow up consistently with prospects to build trust and secure new business

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

• Represent the company professionally within the community
