Job Skills / Requirements We are seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Operations Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple accounts. This position is responsible for supervising staff, conducting quality inspections, coordinating schedules and supplies, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring all services meet company and client standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, experience in customer service or janitorial operations, and the ability to work a flexible, on-call schedule. Requirements : Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities, or customer-service operations. Bilingual Spanish / English proficiency in both languages is required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Ability to conduct site inspections, supervise employees, address customer concerns, and maintain service quality. Experience with hiring, employee performance, payroll, supplies, and operational paperwork. Must be available for a flexible day/night schedule and on-call support as needed.
