What Where 6 Months Associate, Data and Reporting (Investment firm) #BYR About the Role Join the Data Team and contribute to transforming data into meaningful insights that support better business decisions. This role combines business analysis with hands-on data work - including statistical analysis, performance tracking, dashboard development, and ETL support - helping teams across the organisation make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Understand and translate business needs into clear data requirements and deliverables
- Conduct statistical and performance analysis, ensuring accuracy through validation checks
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Qlik
- Support ETL processes and manage data within Snowflake
- Provide ad-hoc data extraction and reporting support for various business units
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Operations, or Data Analytics (experience in financial services or fintech is an advantage)
- Proficient in SQL (Snowflake), Excel, Power BI or Qlik
- Good understanding of statistical techniques used in data analysis
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills (e.g. Jira, Confluence )
- Familiarity with AWS services is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
