Logan Health is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to be part of their Adult Outpatient Therapy Team in scenic Kalispell, MT!

What you'll do:

Perform skilled evaluations and deliver individualized speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing interventions

Create and update patient-centered treatment plans

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to support exceptional outcomes

Complete clear, accurate documentation that meets regulatory and organizational standards

Contribute to departmental initiatives and maintain productivity expectations

What you bring:

Current Montana Speech-Language Pathology license (or obtained by hire date)

Current HS AED CPR or BLS HCP certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months

Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively while handling confidential information with professionalism.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn additional software systems.

Desired Qualifications:

Two (2) years of relevant experience preferred.

Experience with Vocal Cord Dysfunction/ILO (Induced Laryngeal Obstruction), chronic cough, concussion, or aphasia interventions

Comfort treating neurologic diagnoses such as stroke, Parkinson's, ALS, or MS

Proficiency completing adult MBSS studies

Certifications such as VitalStim, LSVT, or AAC are desired

Aural Rehab experience is a plus!

Shift: Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: Full-time, 32 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
