HVAC - Install Technician - Lead

$25-$38/hr + Commission + Up To $10,000 in Bonuses

Qualified team members can earn up to $10,000 through our Performance & Retention Bonus Program.

This bonus is paid over a 12-month commitment and rewards installers who:

Show up consistently

Produce high-quality installations

Follow company processes

Maintain a clean jobsite

Deliver outstanding customer experiences

Help build a winning team

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead residential HVAC system replacements and installations

• Install furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, condensers, package units, and duct systems

• Train and mentor installation helpers

• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and company standards

• Complete startup procedures and system testing

• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite

• Communicate professionally with homeowners

• Take pride in every installation completed

• Deliver a 5-star customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years HVAC installation experience preferred

• Leadership experience preferred

• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices

• Ability to read installation paperwork and job specifications

• Valid driver's license & Clean driving record

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Strong work ethic

• Ability to train and lead others

• Commitment to quality workmanship

Compensation Hourly Pay + Performance Pay + Bonuses

Top performers consistently earn $60,000-$120,000+ annually.

No cap on performance incentives.

Leadership and production are rewarded.
