Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at the Royer Greaves School for the Blind & Services working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU).$5,000 - Sign on bonus:Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire.Pay - $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certification (independent contractor / 1099).Openings - Open to work ESY and School Year 2026-2027 school based hoursPrimary Responsibilities:Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.Assess a student's instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
