Memory Care Dietary Manager & Lead Cook

Iris Memory Care in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a Dietary Manager/Cook to lead the kitchen, plan and prepare meals, and supervise staff. You will manage inventory, follow menus, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to deliver nutritious meals for residents living with dementia. The role requires 1–2 years in a similar setting and Supervisory experience with older adults’ food needs, with a schedule of 4 days per week and weekend work.
