Job Description

Salary: $11.50

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
Support childrens social, emotional, and physical development
Assist with classroom organization and maintain a clean, safe environment
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff
Feed infants and assist with daily care routines
Change diapers in accordance with established procedures
Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging learning environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (early childhood coursework is a plus)
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

What We Offer

MondayFriday daytime hours No nights or weekends!
Additional pay for hours worked after 4:00 PM
Low child-to-teacher ratios for easier classroom management
