Pay Range: Targeted salary $55,000 annually, based on experience Benefits Eligible: Yes Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Travel: Not required Position Introduction The Lead Retirement Specialist is responsible for the administration and oversight of retirement benefits programs for active employees, retirees, beneficiaries, and future retirees. This position serves as a lead resource for retirement operations, providing guidance, training, and support to retirement staff while ensuring accurate and compliant retirement benefit administration. The role manages complex retirement cases, coordinates retirement counseling and education services, performs payroll and contribution audits, oversees retiree subsidy billing processes, and delivers exceptional customer service to employees and retirees. Equivalency/Substitution : Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
