We are on the lookout for a Permanent Sr. Project Engineer who specializes in Commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) projects in the LA/OC area. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Sr. Project Engineer, you will:

• Oversee all stages of project life cycles, from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Implement industry best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Resolve any project-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project team.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on Commercial TI projects.
• Proven experience in managing office, retail, restaurant, educational, and high-end commercial projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality.
