FP&A Analyst | Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: West Chester, PA (Onsite)

Are you a highly analytical finance professional who enjoys turning data into strategic business decisions? We're seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team and play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting experience who wants exposure to senior leadership while making a measurable impact on business performance.

• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Business Leaders to support key strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance through variance analysis, KPI reporting, and trend identification.
• Build financial models to evaluate business performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Create executive-level reporting packages and presentations for leadership teams.
• Monitor revenue, labor costs, and operational metrics across multiple business units.
• Manage large datasets and leverage Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to improve reporting efficiency.
• Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation within FP&A.

✅ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

✅ 2-5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting experience

✅ Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and financial modeling

✅ Experience with Power Query, Power BI, or similar reporting tools

✅ ERP experience such as Oracle or other large financial systems preferred

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

✅ Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Experience supporting multi-location or multi-division organizations
• Exposure to labor forecasting and operational finance
• Experience building executive dashboards and reporting packages
• Process improvement and reporting automation experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, PA.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
